    Hi all,

    This project includes de kit LRDG Chevrolet 30CWT Truck, Tamiya code 35092, 1/35. This old Tamiya kit is rejected at first sight, since many modelers prefer MBT´s.

    But I like the trucks, but in particular this model because their lines of 1930 and their curious camouflage schemes.

    The kit was detailed.with Eduard PE 35251, tires from DToys 35-012, and lots of plastic and resin accessories.

    Excellent work Carius; the finished model looks great. I particularly like the faded effect of the camo paint and the very realistic rubber flaps beneath the rear mudguards.
    Do you use a pointed brush to apply the scratches?

    May I suggest also using a piece of foam in certain places?  This produces very realistic results in that the scratches will not be sharp edged.
