Post  iCocker Thu Jul 03, 2014 10:26 pm

After a long siesta and a break as my mojo was a bit low, here is my latest contribution with Adam Wilder, obviously he did the Vehicle and accesories, I was given the task to paint these excellent Bravo figures ... To be honest my first time that I did coloured people in Acrylic and very happy with the combination ... Weathering of vehicle is another nightmare as it is an aluminium vehicle so the usual techniques are totally different on this ... The play of colour on vehicle and figures was another thing to kill the usual stereo type of a drap subject ... Hope you like!

Thanks mate, I am still working multimedia, but lately pushed myself into also doing the flesh in acrylics due that I was restricted with timeframes ... it was a big hurdle for me but as usual one has to persist. This project was a bigger challenge as never handled coloured skin tones in acrylic and worst had two create two different mixes to make them both different. Working in Marsa helped me study different shades of coloured skin tones Smile ... never thought there was such a variation!
