EGM - New Statute

Sorry I'm asking a silly question, but since I had a very disorientated year so far (for a bloody change ) how was the Statute generated please? I mean if it was sent attached via email, I'll look it up & save it since I am switching from a PC to a laptop before I delete all

Next week's EGM will also be the deadline for those coming along to Telford to pay their flights/accomodation/transfers.  We will not be accepting payments after this date and any one left out will unfortunately have to be struck off the list.

We need to confirm and pay the Hotel and Coach ASAP so the above is final.

Given that we had some drop outs, and the actual number of people going to Telford has fallen, there will be a slight increase to the transfer cost.  Exact details will be given next week.

We will also need the details of all models which will be entered into the competition.  Basically we need the following information:

The class being entered
The trophy/award entered
Description of the model (e.g. Spitfire MkV with aftermarket decals)

Finally, those of you who have not provided a passport photo for their membership cards are required to do so ASAP.  We will need the membership cards in the UK.  A Photographic service will be available during the EGM so get your hair done
