Hi Ivan..thanks for your comments...emm do you suggest to paint over the rust area and use it as abase color or étoile u repaint again? And start again.....and share the use of humbrol black? This is a very good suggestion, the rusty areas I would repaint to the original, chip them a bit make some grease area [dry] and put what Brian suggested on top areas to show fresh oil stains ...bcauchi wrote:Robert, our great Alex BB once showed me how to put oil on an engine and i always do that in my models, it will look real.
