Can't figure out how to post a picture...........URL's are beyond me. Just need a 'load pic' button.....nice and simple!!!

Dave you have to highlight Host an Image not Insert an image 
Then, browse thru your folders to choose the image, then click Host it after it uploads, then move your cursor on the 2nd option out of the 3, right click, copy & then paste it on your message
Sounds a bit complicated but if I can do it, so can everyone
