Re: DIY static grass applicator.
I was wondering if after you sprinkled the static grass into the glue, if it would work to take two pieces of insulation foam and rub them together and then hold it over the static grass? I have insulation foam on top of my desk and I can easily get static electricity just moving stuff around on it. Just wonder if anybody had tried anything like that? I saw video where somebody used a balloon, but he didn't have the camera close enough to see if it actually worked or not.

Re: DIY static grass applicator.
It works on the same principle. We used to do a similar experiment during science lessons. I believe it should work in this case as well, only that you get more control with the applicator and moreover, the static grass falls upright out of the sieve. It really is very easy to convert the swatter and you end up with a very practical tool.
