Classic airframes 1/48th kit. Injection moulded + resin parts (cockpit and wheels wells/wheels). Started this one a couple of years ago, and it laid unfinished waiting just minor weathering and a final dull coat. Finally got the nerve to finish it, only to find that the trailing edges had cracked in about 5 locations, looked like stress fractures. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Managed to make them less visible but they are there and really afraid more will show up. Rolling Eyes

Joe, just one small point of criticism. The only things i would change are the engine intakes, they are too shiny, a bit modelly looking. I would respray them with something a bit darker, not so shiny. Otherwise impeccable as usual.

It is a question of patience, applying a good mixture of paint\whitespirit, some sanding in between spraying + any touch up and so on. A good application of gloss in layers, sanding, spraying, sanding......patiece, practise, and a lot a kind words What a Face

Brian, thanks. As for the intakes they are actually darker than they are in the pictures, flash effect Rolling Eyes

Ivan, thanks, it actually has some tamiya smoke added to the intakes, but thanks for the suggestion. As for production, I am trying to finish what I have started, some of them some time ago before I start new projects, something that 99.9% I will not keep What a Face , that is, start new projects, 3/4ths finished then left that way for months.
