    Ok guys here's the finished product.Not really happy with the pics.Of late I've done better but you'll get to see it live anyway.For those who didn't see the initial post,this is all scratch except for very few items.It's in 54mm

    Ray I think the horse is made slightly satin to represent a sweaty running animal....correct me if I'm wrong figgy gurus....

    All horses have a shiny skin mates.... that is why they are painted that way...not because the horse is galloping/sweaty running animal....

    never saw a horse which is matt...this is seen in most pictures of actual horses Smile

    correct me if im wrong....

    Thanks guys.If all goes well you'll see it this Wednesday.As for the horse both Samwel and Dottore are correct in a way. All horses EXCEPT dapples have a satin finish to their coats.Bays(as in this case) even more. Now, horses sweat too when they are active,thus the satin finish on this examples' mantle.Hope this clears the dilemma

    Xi gmiel Steve, pity the photos are not that good but the colours of this figure make it difficult to photograph properly. It is brilliant as are all your works.
