Tamiya 1/48. Does the P-51B have 110 gallon paper droptanks or the 75 gallon droptanks Question
Which is the best company to order the tanks from.

The problem is the kit only gives the paper drop tanks, so I can not put them on the model Sad Crying or Very sad

I will to get back to you about the pictures, but Marco gave me an idea scratch . Since they usually came back without the drop tanks leaving them out is a great idea. bom

a lovely paint job William, it looks good. Do you intend experimenting with some paint fading? The olive drab was very prone to fading. I can see your father's trend coming out in your work. The jig is his trademaek. Keep up this excellent work and show us more as you go along.

William if you are using the compucolor paints they have a tin called faded olive drab. If your dad does not have one i can lend you mine it is brand new and you can use it for the mustang. you only need to fade the paint in places like the spine of the fuselage and the wing leading edges, wingwalks and some panels but it will look great. if you need it tell me.

I was just gonne post about that,'the Mustang is in fact sprayed with the faded olive drab Smile because that's the only one I could find my dad had about 3 olive drab tins Question but labels fall of the compucolor tins so better safe than sorry

I don't know the difference between the 2 colours maybe it looks unfaded Suspect because of my dad's paint cocktail Question
