Very nice work, yes Vallejo air paint are good but I do encounter a bit of clogging especially at the tip of the airbrush, I spray with low air pressure so matbe that's why.

Re: Hasegawa F-104G 1/48
Hi everyone,
first of all thanks for the comments. Work on the f-104 continues and reaching its final stages however not without a major mishap. Unfortunately at one time I didn't notice that the back part of the canopy fell on the floor and I accidentally stepped on it ending up with a hideous crack. The part is still intact though. At the moment I feel like I've practically ruined the whole model and I don't know what I'm going to do. Is there a way where I can fix this or at least re-order the canopy from Hasegawa?

Try vacuform. Fix the canopy, fill it with Milliput and we will try to vacuform it. At club there is some clear acetate. Keep us posted.

Great work, and it really looks good. About the mishap, accidents unfortunetly happen, but do not let them obstruct you, I agree with Joseph, try to vacuform one. I am not much knowledgable on vacuforming but I am sure somebody at the club will galdly help you to vacuform one.

Re: Hasegawa F-104G 1/48
Thanks for the suggestions. Actually vacform did pass through my mind. There was only time I had to use a vacform canopy however I found it a real nightmare to use. Tomorrow evening I happen to be off so I might hop over to the club and get the canopy with me so that someone can have a look at it.
Once again thanks for the help and comments.

Re: Hasegawa F-104G 1/48
If tonight you manage to come to club I think that we might vacuform a canopy that had the same misfortune.
