i agree ray has handled this model brilliantly and this is mostly due to his vast "hands on" experience

Some shots to show the Princess' new fuller bosom Embarassed

As you can see I stayed away from the "cheesie type", so to retain the natural flow and the "fairy type" of the original sculptor (on the leap's bottom there is I. Richards engraved so maybe he's the one) and only went from A cup to C cup Evil or Very Mad

Also avoided her being top heavy just in case she would need an emergency short take off if/when a predator is near pale

As you can see, I penciled the Notorious N before I decide if I should add it, as yesterday Stepehen raised a valid suggestion, which I must admit, was AGAINST with ALL my might pale, but have seriously contemplated on Stephen's insight that since I would be painting her body in a butterfly body scheme, and not in human flesh, I should not add the Notorious N Sad

So I erased both roundels Smile for the last pic so that one can compare easily Laughing

Would be glad of your feed back as usual cheers

I think you did an excellent job and the orientation looks spot on. I think that your vast experience has come out to the forefront now. In my opinion, you should include the N's. whatever the colour you decide to paint her, they should be there, just my opinion. Excellent work!! you should start working on the real ones now, Ray 20410 or whatever that number is.

Ray,Brian...I think this is a matter of taste but since RAY said that he would not include any flesh whatsoever I tended to lean more on the fantasy and omit the N's:)Smile. In any case I think this will turn out beautifullly

Yes Steve I do see your point Sad

I'll await more "expertly response" in the meantime (I have no doubts mind you that they'll flood this thread) as I'm getting ready for night duty and will peep in later.....still won't have the time to work on her till Saturday afternoon.

Either or, I'll give her a light rash of undercoat spray just to check any blemishes which might be escaping me and also to see how the reworked area a la Dr.90210 came out Twisted Evil Smile Laughing

wasnt too sure about the augmentation but now it looks superb I have to say. Very natural 'sit' of the breasts too cheers

    Lines of thought....

The figure is fantasy not REAL so noone will raise an eyebrow at the N's...its like a spell has been cast on a princess and she is partly butterfly...
I think one cannot say N's dont make sense cos it is not a REAL butterfly...

Just my thinkling...dont know if it makes sense at 2am!!!

In any case excellent sculpting...I wouldnt have done any better myself Twisted Evil

Thanks to everyone for your input re the size and shape of things in question Laughing

I honestly value ALL your suggestions, but obviously, as is appropriate and obvious, I do value Doc Roe's WORDS the MOST, on something which is like a SHERMAN to him, that is, he knows a NICE PAIR when he sees one Twisted Evil

As you can see from the pics, I went for the N's Smile and tried to make them look as natural as can be, avoiding the cartoon/drawn type of protruding bullet heads over an Embossed Espresso Saucer Shocked

    Enjoy I love you

Excellent job you did doc Ray. You'll soon be getting a queue for enhancements. Joking aside, she looks great, very realistic, no evidence of the operation and really neat. Looking forward to the rest of this great project.

Guys,I don't know if it's just me or not. I really hate to be a party pooper but now that I see them, I re enforced my initial thoughts that for THIS subject I would prefer the without option. Also, and this is only my personal preference, I think that they are slightly too large. But than again, what do I know about these things:)SmileSmile.Sry,Ray,just my thoughts.

Post  Dottore Fri May 21, 2010 9:32 am

The augmentation looks perfect...so does the shape and nipples....

Its a matter of personal preference I guess whether or not to add the nipples....as is the size...otherwise anatomically they are flawless.

    Nice one Brian Laughing

Actually I'm having a quite a nightmare in construction.

1] I glued limbs, obviously pinned beforehand, sealed with MS, sanded smooth when dry and aplied a light rash of undercoat.....

2] Stuck wings, stuck head which has the flow of hair going on the wings' centre section.........but.......in between the hair and the wings, is too wide and the hair fall short of the wings' end.......also the wings' joint to the back is very poor and thus needed quite some MS......so I cut off (I should have done it before Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad ) the flow of hair, and blended more MS for a secure bond more then anything else Twisted Evil

3] I glued flower stem to the leaf......I pinned stem and filled with MS.

Today was a "wasted day" Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad as I managed to dislocate the limbs twice Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad so repairing with superglue, sanding and adding two grass (hope it looks like grass when painted Smile ) bands from MS + Duro to SECURE both limbs. As you can imagine, this doubled or tripled the trouble as the wings keep geeting in the way, but thank God they are embedded in MS.

I finally decided what base to use and what water I'm going to use Twisted Evil

However, THE BIGGEST HEADACHE of how am I going to securely stick her to the leaf, to the base, and how am I going to paint, that is ALL assembled or partly assembled is still on pale pale pale pale pale pale pale

You may ask what of the hair now What a Face Shocked ?

Yes I have to rework 99% of the hair now afro
