Brilliant wood effect, you sure are putting your painting skills to excellent effect
Misterkit wood grain decals are a gem to work with, the wood grain is printed on transparent decal sheet and he prints different grades of wood grain. All you have to do is spray the "Wood Base Colour" and then apply the wood grain. For the DIII I used Tamiya Buff, as in reality, the DIII was covered in plywood which was light in colour, but for the LVG I think a darker colour would be more appropriate. Before you start putting the decals ensure that it has a good coat of gloss varnish and surface is smooth to avoid any silvering. As a decal solution I used Mr Setter and Mr Softer from Gunze.
If this was the case, for the LVG, you can change the direction of the wood grain, but again check with some refrence.
I am sure that you will produce another masterpiece and if you require and assistance just post.
What method are you going to use for the rigging, ensure that any anchoring points for rigging are drilled before.
