Simple paint job....... decals...... and varnish!
Next up ...weathering
You can notice many flaws.... decal positioning on the fuselage....... random placed decals..... etc

If I continue doing this.... next 1:48 scale plane (probably a spit) will be more taken care of and I'll try to built it to an accurate standard.

Prosit Noel, nice work. A bit overdone on the chipping on the fuselage not the wings but i like it. Probably Marco will find a million and one flaws but as a fun build, it looks great, well done, looking forward to the Spitfire with the touching story attached, nearly made me cry this morning. Qiesa xi telenovela kienet l-istorja. Go get them Noel!!

Thanks Brian! I know what sparked the interest to build planes, it was my kids and wanting to build a model with them. I don't know what aroused the fire inside me to have pleasure in buying planes and look forward to building them!!!bcauchi wrote:Prosit Noel, nice work. My Spitfire story...... it's something that remained in my mind.
OK.... before I start having tears in my eyes........ I can declare the ME 109 Finished!
Enjoyed building it and it is my very first complete 1:48 scale aircraft !! It will go in the kids room hanging from the ceiling and I'll post some photos as soon as their room is ready.... in the near future.
