Ray I agree with you. True the US was the largest force in vietnam and bore the brunt of the battles and casualties, but there were other nations involved and allied to the US, such as Australia, New Zealand and South Korea, the latter being the second largest contributor of troops after the US. May all those that perished in this war rest in peace.

Marco, the picture in the bottom is fake!! haven't you not noticed the spartans near the helicopter

I don't think that it's suitable to post such a thing , my apologie for the upload but ..these people sufferd, yes they sufferd a lot and i'm not going to joke with such a horrible memory....

As I said before, this was supposed to be a serious thread but the picture was too obvious a fake not to comment about it. The comments were directed towards the picture not the event itself and more of pulling your leg for missing the obvious tampering with the picture, especially knowing how serious you are about information. This does not mean that we do not respect the suffering during the period, and it must have been a terrible time for all involved in this bloody conflict as with all wars especially prolonged ones.

I now ..I now because here in this forum you have to be carefull what you say , what you write , but unfortunately my eye sight is getting worse..he he I'm getting older now....

Everyone's eyesight is going to the dogs Marco, not just yours none of us are getting any younger but it would be funny to post this obviously fake pic. It does not mean any disrespect to the people who passed through that torment or to the memory of the even itself. It would just mean that you need to book a visit to the ophthalmologist and get your eyes checked!! Just joking, i have just booked my visit!!
