Collaboration Project

I am very happy as I was asked to collaborate for a project with master Adam Wilder [USA]. His new masterpiece was going to be the massive Tiger Grille, a paper panzer that was partly finished by end of the war but never saw action. Infect the model represent a partially primed model, most of it still in steel. Adam is a master in achieving realistic finishes out of paint and this model proves he raised the bar one more time, I am really glad he gave me this opportunity to paint an Alpine figure of a Soviet tank officer admiring this German hulk. This modelling technique by Adam shall be featured as a DVD and articles on various magazines ...

Thanks guys much appreciated but seeing what Adam achieved I just added 'the human' element and size to a damn realistic paint work ... merits goes to him aswell! What is interesting both of us were working without sharing images due to the time frame to finish up and not knowing what the final result shall be and very happy that the work blended up together ...

Nice work Ivan, but that tank is out of this world. It is the definition of a realistic model. That man is a total genius. How i would love to paint like that. Imagine a few masterful photos in a realistic setting and i doubt if any expert could prove that it is not real.
