    Guys this is my last effort. It's scratch in 54mm. A lot of sculpting went into the horses too due to the particular stances. As always 90% of the figures are scratch too. Hope you like and all the best to all !!!

    That was my question as well as I tried to fathom why  Suspect 

    I think he depicted them as one over riding the other who had fallen a few seconds before during this charge maybe  Shocked Cool

    Dave thanks. Let me clear the reason for my choice. It's simple really...the client's request. He wanted 2 different british regiments in one scene. So I had to come up with something to make it work. And Ray pinpointed exactly what I had in mind. As you know, during these charges, cavalrymen fell in droves. So I wanted to depict a downed one being nearly over run by his compatriot. The fact that Ray figured it out proves it worked SmileSmileSmileSmileSmile

    Wow Steve, that is totally awesome, what a brilliant, superb piece, the action is incredible, the detail super and the painting is outstanding, what a magnificent piece, one of your nicest in my opinion.
