Watching Aldo's workshop (clinic) in persona a few days ago, and reading Alex's truly referment to it, as a Mater Dei Cardiology Operating Room I thought of opening this thread here so that everyone, including our foreign brothers, would post their individual workshops, something which I've seen on other fora, but was always reluctant to shoot and post just because my two workshops are never tidy enough to expose to "our World"

I think that this, (our workshops' pics + Internatinal Awards + Winning Models) should be included in future HiS's as it would instigate further interest in our hobby so the general public would be more aware that we DO NOT BUY THEM READY MADE

Come on My Brethren, let's start cleaning & shooting ASAP

well actually we have two workshops that is if you can call them that my room which is not that big and usually looks like the aftermath of hurricane katrina and the dining room which ian has turned into a permanent workshop to the eternal grumbling of his mother will be postin pics soon

My Workshop

Construction area downstairs in old garden shed, which I share with my Pa and which is William's and Jeremy's during Summer holidays

This is Heaven on Earth during the GLORIOUS RAINY DAYS, sipping coffee, dragging on a cigar, and looking at the WET GARDEN on my left....and yes CONSTRUCTING

"Under construction models'" cabinet which has a sliding/folding door, which was a Philips TV Cabinet actually, and it could be locked I can't remember the numerous times I recieved "NO TV PUNISHMENT" from Pa and I used to search everywhere for that KEY but to no avail

@ William's statement.......Will, the only adjustment was a new A4 paper on my cutting matt, brushed that MS & steel wool dust in the bin, and I just blew the surplus dust away, further in on the bench away from the digicam's eye

So Marco, the workshop/library is ready , now how about some actual construction/detailing/scratchbuilding/painting and weathering a model . I hope to see at least one new model in this lifetime, as in the next one I might end up being a frog

i probably have the smallest, basic, clean, modelling desk. even though ive been modelling for all these years Embarassed

nearly all my paints and tools fit in a small tool box. i step in the garage (for spraying) once every 3 months

Do you all go on $100 shopping sprees randomly buying everything in 2's? Razz
