Knight Hospitaller c.1300 (Andrea 90mm)

Hi again guys,

My 2nd figure for Euro is this lovely gem from Andrea Miniatures.....which I will depict as a Hospitaller

Still in the beginning stages in this one....Face ready..also the mail is ready... + those tiny white things around his head are not ready they are just undercoated

Groundwork is just basecoated with acrylics and washed with oils Tree branches and forest litter will be added later when they arrive

I weathered the legs to get a better idea of where I am with the ''blending of the figure to the base''

Any comments/critique fire one

Looks good.........looks very good infact and I'm regretting not having my modelling specs last Wed as I couldn't see a darn thing

Good start. I'm impressed. But keep in mind that the hardest parts are still to come so stay focused!!

But in my opinion this beats them all , and it's not even finished yet

I don't know if you noticed........ but he has no arms Did you forget to fit them or it comes like this in the kit?

Noelll int bis serjeta :D??? How can I paint the red tunic with the arms attached ?? They will be attached soon as the figure will be ready...they will be the last things taht will be attached to the figure...

Tomorrow will post pics with red tunic + cross + mail + weathering on tunic ready.....

All that will remain are the arms, leather belts, axe, sword and dagger

hopefully it will be ready at the end of next week maybe sat or sunday so then I will ebgan y little friend yarry for class 23 fantasy =]

I see that the hospitaller bug finally bit you again and you have ventured in the realm of teh Knights of St John ... looking forward to see the red tunic, I know you would do a terrific job!
