    This is Knight Models' 70mm Sir Alec Guinness, in all his glory as Obi Wan Kenobi from Star Wars IV "A New Hope"

    White metal kit in the usual Knight Models' "glory & hell" casting Sad

    Likeness is spot on, but overall sculpting & casting is a bit crude with poor fitting of hands to belt & light sabre Evil or Very Mad

    Nothing which could not be "tuned" with some patience & now this dude gets inline on the painting track Twisted Evil

    Love this figure Ray, how about setting him on a very shiny surface, the inside of a spaceship, that would really be different to the usual groundwork.

    Bri, you have a valid point as yes he was inside spaceships & spacestations, however this pic dictated otherwise, apart that the uneven boots' soles vis a vis the cappa's hem being slightly longer, also cried for Tattoonie terrain Twisted Evil

    Doc Roe, I opted for another Jedi so to balance between the Siths, since I only have two i.e. Darth Vader & Count Dooku, against the remaining Jedi's who are Master Mace Windu & a younger Obi Wan Kenobi Laughing

    Also, he was the least complex to construct from all of them so that was another plus Twisted Evil

    Lovely Ray, the only thing i don;t like is that very dark (black?) outline around his beard. But it might be the photos. I don't know.

    There is a dark demarcation/shadow line & it is very thin...the pics are enlarged & hence the "thickness/dark" line  pale 

    Digital Images can be/are very deceiving Suspect
