Dear members,

We have been invited by the Mtarfa Local Council to participate in Military Mtarfa by holding a mini-exhibition of military related scale models. The event will take place on Sunday 13th October between 10am and 5pm. All members who are willing and able to take part are encouraged to do so. More details will be given during our meetings and via e-mail.

We will be setting up the tables for the exhibition on Saturday 12th October at 8.30am at Sir Temi Zammit Secondary school, Mtarfa. All those who can lend a hand are to notify any of the committee members by sending a message or at the club meeting this Wednesday.

Models for display during the exhibition are to be brought on Sunday from 8am. The event will start at 10am and finish at 5pm when models can be picked up. Do not bring any models on Saturday.

A modelling demo space will be allocated for those who would like to work on a model in progress. Please bring a desk lamp with you.
