    Thanks for that, i have been after a detailed explanation for a long time and that is just it, with the step by step and also illustrated, that is exccellent, thanks again. i don;t know if it can be used on aircraft unless the model needs to be really weathered but it is worth experimenting with.

    Great link, thanks. I know that some of the AFV guys are using this technique with great results. I am still afraid to use this method of weathering on airplanes, one of the main factors being the markings and aplication method as on aircraft you only to do small araes with that kind of weathering. Maybe I will experiment with this technique.
