This is my first post so here goes.I started this build just a couple of weeks before PCM announced their new 1/32 Fw 190-A-1/2/3 but that's fine by me.I've wanted a 1/32 190 A-3 for quite a while so I just went and started one...the first item on order was to cut the extension from the nose section of the fuselage making it shorter as per the A-3/4.Further,hatches had to be filled and new ones scribed...so here's a few pics of the progress.Slow as always thanks to work but these things happen...
This is my paint booth/work area...the exhaust helps extract fumes from glue as well as paint fumes...
The cut was made directly along a panel line so that made things easy from the start...
This is the kit tail wheel...I cut the existing wheel away from the strut and added a resin replacement...
The cooling gills were cut out and plastic strips cut as flaps...
