Sheperd Paine diorama sheets

Here's a link where you can download the Sheperd Paine diorama pamphlets that were in the Monogram models back in the 70s, maybe even into the 80s. They were four-page pamphlets that really fired up the imagination when I was a kid showing what could be done. These can be a great help, no matter what kind of models you are doing. I'm not sure how many models had these, I look back at this site every once in a blue moon and sometimes there is another one or two added.

These are really great. Shep Paine is good and these are old. His ideas are really nice. It would be really great to have this sort of information supplied with the model you bought. He gives a lot of detail on how to paint.

Joking apart, many of us had the honour to speak many times with the GrandMaster and we have made him happy to see so many of his 'sons' crazy about models from such a small tiny rock, when we last met him during CSMS Catania 2008 ... I think it's one of the most memorabile moments for SSM!
