It has been 3 years, 30th August 2006, since we lost our good and dear friend Marco Portelli .

Please remember Marco in your prayers so the Good Lord will grant him eternal life (imo he is already there).

Good guys shall never be forgotten, we lost a good modeller and above all a very good friend and comrade ... surely he is in the grace of God and looking upon us.

Very Welldone to have started this memorable thread!!

Marco was a "Brother" to us all and he will never be forgotten by neither of us!! He lives in our hearts forever!!!

Hadtli l-kliem minn halqi Ray, i was about to suggest that. I think it would be an excellent idea and a sort of tribute to a great man and member. I still have a lot of colour mixes scribbled down on paper napkins which he used to write on at the club. I also keep his souvenir photo from his funeral in my briefcase.

It wasn't easy either for me to start this thread but I felt that we had to do something as a rememberance of our good friend.

i dont know if you agree an anniversay obituary in the times from ssm would not be out of place i think.

We shall always remeber him in our prayers and life.

I'm sure he would have loved this forum. He was such a big gentleman!

I see he had lovely lovely figures! I caught him at the club when he was already sick so never had chance to see his figures!

Yet I will never forget him!

What a fitting tribute to a gentle but yet such a strong man in character !
He was such a quiet gentile person....I am sure he is watching over us all....
I also remember him in my prayers but more likely I ask him to help me in the troubled ways of this world we live in.
I salute you dear Marco....God bless you dear friend....Rest in Eternal Peace...please watch over us and our families.
