This project has been long in waiting for me to make. Although I keep a record of which paint numbers I purchase, it always takes a long time to find the one required! The shelves are made from 20mm plywood, and drilled with Forstner bits to a depth of around 15mm. Humbrol, Revell and other tinlets are drilled with 30mm bits while Model Master jars are 32mm. The problem with the MM jars is that there are some that are tight fitting either because of the label, or the jar is somewhat larger in diameter! But just a few, and removing a little of the label did the trick except for a couple of jars. Tamiya sqaure jars (enamels) also fit into the 32mm perfectly.
