This is Ernesto Reyes' (a member on our forum as well) approach on how to paint a face on a bust, but which can also be applied to a lesser scale face. Mind you all, that the technique for painting in acrylics is generic for all Twisted Evil

I know I posted a similar link to a thread on that same forum PlanetFigure by Jaume Ortiz, over here on our forum, but can't find it anywhere so please Marco or TanKRed come to my rescue & place it here next to this one for better vision & learning Twisted Evil

That's a great looking figure! I am giving the photos a good look over to help prepare for the two busts that I have going (amid a few others), a 1/10 of the Confederate General Jeb Stuart and the other is a 1/12 of Rickenbacker, from the group of four busts that were made, Brian painted two of them for me, Richthofen & Udet. Can't wait to start on them, but also very nervous, haven't painted a figure in probably 40 years. Also have a Revell Mummy getting close to primer.

Thanks, I will definitely post some progress when I get that far, some of them are in primer. I also have a fairly large horse that's about 85% done, sometimes just get tired of putting in Bondo and sanding.
