Malpensa is 53mins away from Stresa, while Linate is 1hr 15mins away, but the flight to Malpensa is ridiculously ALREADY round 345 EWRI
which for me is a NO GO!!IMHO if we hire a car/mini van nowhere is far & it will be much CHEAPER
Now the ACID TEST is....Where to STAY as from the little research I did all the CHEAP hotels within the vicinity are FULLY BOOKED
so if ANYONE can do some ADDITIONAL LODGING HUNTING, it will be of GREAT HELP so there will be as many spying eyes as possible so that "nothing" escapes us

ASA we have a near estimate of people who will be coming, one can start to book, flight, accommodation & transport

Guys, we need to do this pretty quick. Just had a look at the hotel availabilty. The closest one is called Hotel Meeting. It's just round the corner from the venue. I checked for a double room and there's only 1 left for that week !!! Then there's the Boston hotel which is the 2nd closest and again things are pretty tight. We need to have a serious chat about this ASAP

Guys I'm now booked for Stresa. I leave on the 7th cause I plan to stay a week and leave on the 13th. Will be staying at the meeting hotel which luckily still had a double room available
