Just started a new model. This is going to be an OOB build I have worked on the cockpit some. It still needs a wash and weathering, but I hope to have in complete by the end of the weekend.

Once I get the house together, then the factory will go into full production

Re: 1:48 JU-87B-2 Stuka
I was able to get more done on the Stuka the last couple days. Progress has been slow as I am moving into my new house right now and still don't have everything set up (still have to find my aircompressor and airgun )
But this is what I have been able to get together....
I plan to add poor-man's seat belts to the kit (aka masking tape - painted of course) but other than that this will be a OOB build.
I have a little pudding to do on the seam top and bottom of the aircraft.
Next major step is the nose cowling, which comes in 3 pieces for some daft reason...

Re: 1:48 JU-87B-2 Stuka
great intro model.
as for using poor mans stuff as you put it, sometimes home made items are equal to if not better than highly publicised glitter packed commercial items.
keep them rolling please

Alex is so right here and in many instances, the stuff you buy is not at all accurate.

Other than masking the canopies the stuka is ready for the paint booth (but the paint booth is't ready yet)

Model Master enamels....
to do the finish
1st a base coat of aluminum
2nd a black preshade on the panel lines
3rd the camo colors
4th a glass coat
5th decals
6th a second gloss coat
7th wash for the panel lines
8th a dull coat
9th weathering with pastel chalks
10th final coat of dull coat
