Those are a series of photos taken in Tunisia, as Alex hinted that column was not a tank vs tank action, if not mistaken that was a column caught into the open and taken out with a massive artillery attack, the only thing USA had to match against the mitical Tiger.
Of interest is the colour schemes, notice how dark is the desert Yellow on the Tiger, in another known foto it was revealed that Tigers in Africa were in Panzer grey with a camo strip of something looking like brown, the myth of green Tigers is looking to be inacurate, but never say never ...

these are not fiat topolino but simca cinq with the third photo being a simca berline, very similar and almost identical to the fiat but are french made simca
