Well here is some inf and photos for you Alex and who ever is trying to get his hands on this beautiful german floatplane, and please keep it in mind who ever is going to paint the colours they were always three colour of RLM 72-73-65 not one green..enjoy cheers

Anyway...Arado 196 is my favorite floatplane also. I have recently bought Italeri's 1/48 one for OOB build. I've got a lot of stuff for this.

I have no empty space for new Revell's 1/32.

Finally you have provided me with the proof of what I have always suspected. The aircraft was infact lifted up to the top of the hanger, via a platform lift. That is why the sides of the hanger are equipped with a circular pillar - (visible in the picture), which housed the square threaded pillar, which enabled the platform to be raised or lowered.
