Sorry mate though good photos the Tucano is not my cup of tea, I hate when they mimic a WW2 machine, it's like the old 60/70s warmovies when they used Pattons, Shermans and Leopards by just aplying dark grey and crosses to resemble Tiger Tanks!

BUT is it to commemorate the Battle of Britain or just to mimic WW2 subjects? As that is a different story ...

    Hi all,

the reason for the two Tucanos, one in 19 Sqn. and the other in 92 Sqn. markings, appearing in 1940 colours, as Adrian states is, as a mark of respect to those that flew the Hurricanes and Spitfires over the U.K. during the Battle of Britain, many nationalities all with the same aim, to rid the world of the nazi menace.

On a lighter note, be grateful you've seen them, where i was working only got the black one's to watch, along with Hawks, Harriers, Tornados, Hercs, Typhoons, Lynx, Merlins and F-15E's oh, and the occassional Spit! Twisted Evil cheers

Yes I agree to celebrate the sqd anniversary, to panit the aircraft in ww2 colours then just the insignia ...But Antonio....you have right to sign the photos but at least in the corner of the pic , and not in the center.... you are spoiling the photos...
