PROGRESS
Took a break from the ship and did some work on some very fiddly bits that will go with the diorama....they were all fashioned out of photoetch left overs and bits and pieces from here and there...still some work to be done on them ....they r e not even glued together yet and painted of course....I enjoyed this bit...

Re: LE RICHELIEU
Lou, i must have missed out on a bunch of posts. this is indescribable. How much smaller are you going to go? Your detail is awesome and i see a really nice diorama forming here. you've heard this before but seems like the best one so far. It is amazing that everytime you start on a new project, you outdo the previous one. Well done and keep those pics coming, if only i were retired too....... well anyone can dream can't they!?

Re: LE RICHELIEU
Wow man, the fuel depot looks cool even the shunter. then only thing i don;t really like are the computer componenents you used to simulate the different tanks. They are obvious for what they are becasue of their particular shape and especially the top which has that round recess. Can you at least cover the top with a piece of round plastic to get a flat top or else some filler/milliput to get a domed top. They will look less obvious. Just my opinion, you know i love your work.

yes Brian u have a valid point there... will see what I can do about it...imma I left them like that because they are so small that u don't even notice. Re: LE RICHELIEU
great detail work, and great ideas. Just a small note, I agree with brian as some look a bit obvious from where they came, just a little filler and repainting.
With all the computer bits you used, is the computer still working?

Too bad you did not make it Nan, you missed out on my birthday cake. And Ray must be on a real diet, i am truly convinced becasue he rushed off to duty without taking a piece. Very impressive indeed! What a weight watcher!
