Awesome!
Some of our wingy die hards like Joe Fenech don't like Future but Afv modellers swear by it...I find it hard to spray too...great work mate! Really came out a treat!

Yeah you are right, I do not like it at all for coating models but I still find useful at times for dipping clear parts in it to restore clarity.

I'm using it a lot, and I find it the best decal setting solution as well!

This is just mind blowing! I'd be pulling out my hair if I tried to put in that level of detail, that I am really amazed and inspired by you guys that can do it and on some models, I do try to up my game a little bit. Getting older with shaky hands and eyesight going down hill doesn't help things though :-) Builds like this are inspirational though.

Hi slingshot392,
Thanks for your comments and appreciation.
I suppose my forum avatar doesn't show it too clearly but I can assure you I lack quite a lot when it comes to hair...so you're spot on in your remark
For completeness' sake I am posting 3 pictures depicting the model as displayed during our 2013 Expo and featuring the purposely designed base. I was quite satisfied not only with the comments received from fellow members and public alike but also from watching people gazing at the mirror to see the underside detail. The scope of the base design was amply achieved.
Thanks again for watching.
Best wishes
Alex
