With Euro looming in 10 days, the usual marathon to finish....

Chipping done...next up some streaking (not the naked type Twisted Evil ) then dusting, mud, oil etc...

    All comments welcome as always...

Sorry to comment since i am not an AFV guy but where is the chipping? Looks just out of the showroom except for the white triangle. I think you need to put in more unless it was a new tank of else the chips dont show in the photos.

Tamiya BT-7...chipping done! - Page 2 Empty Scale chips

Post  Dottore Sun Sep 07, 2014 6:37 pm

Thanks guys for feedback. Your comments show I am on the right track as I believe that if chips are visible from any real distance they are over scale and overdone. But in reality if you LOOK FOR THEM they are quite noticeable (despite the abysmal pics). Especially look at round engine hatch at back, and the front and turret hatch openings. Don't forget this is an in service tank not a derelict or abandoned tank.

I guess it's also up to personal taste.

Thanks for commenting guys I value your opinion. Might chip some areas a bit more....
