It was/is my question as well but refrained from asking for obvious reasons but now that someone else is asking, it is my curiousity as well

noel i think you left out the kid who is doing the leap frog.

matt and ray if you go to start of article OR where more attentive you will underatand what the child is doing

The child in the corner is part of a two figure set! If you go to the first page of the topic you will see the photo. They are the famous rascals set from Andrea!

Go for option A but turn the officer that's closest to the soldiers to look at them, I know I would look to see who's coming around the corner.

i would go for the second
it gives the impresion of the cyclists dilema of going straight ahead and run over the boys or take a sharp turn round the corner hence cornered

I also prefer option B. i even like the look on one of the officers who seems like he is about to shout a warning and cannot decide what to do. Great!!

I honestly don't see any difference dilemma either way you put the cyclists, officers and the urchins

Both layouts are good Noel, personally though I rather like the first due that cyclists are on the curve and the rigid of symetry with the road is broken, maybe the boys are too far at the edge ... but again it is your call as both are sweet!
