patience ..patience..lots of patience Adrian...Really though it wasn't that difficult ....airbrushed them yellow first .....varnish....wash which then served as a guidline for painting the actual tires and presto lol lol lol

Main Mast island and one radar completed. Have to difuse the lights a bit to a softer shade ...will sort that out once I attach the island to the deck....

Initial works on hull starboard side....Sponsons hollowed out and rebuilt from scratch.....air vent grids hollowed out and replaced by photoetch from spares box...piping and tubing ....copper wire and fine telephone wire

Initial works on loer hull ...Port side.....Forward and aft sponsons repositioned and rebuilt from scratch....piping the usual copper and telephone wire used also soldering lead...very fine.....Ventilation grids repositioned ...new and additional ones hollowed out and backed with photoetch from spares box....detaing plastic strips etc.....Non exisitent sponsons which were in the kit and not here in 1976 filled up with expoxy putty and the work goes on....
