Hello all,
More progress pics o the radar assembly.
After many failed attempts and a cllection of swear words - SUCCESS
Another view of the Radar horrizontal mesh.
The FuMO 27 Radar placed on top of the mesh with added weight to help strain a bit more the copper wire and make sure that the super glue adheres.
Another view of the same.
Finally - The Result - The mesh in place.
Completing the FuMB 4 SAMOS Radar.
The timber flooring for the observation post.
Fitting the port holes and the rain water pipework.
Temporary fittingut of the radars to check for correct fitting.
Another view of the same.

Thanks Brian for your kind comments,
Yes I have to admit that the main range finder station, shall eventually end up as a kit within a kit.
The whole assembly including the armoured measuring and data transfer room, shall be consuming more then 800 parts.
But the effort was worth it. There are a couple of minor faults, but I am quite happy with the outcome of the overall result.
The whole thing should be ready within the next 10 days, and can bring it along to the club.
Cheers.
